Fu il primo grande caso dove si parlò di DNA e gran parte dei giurati non sapeva nemmeno cosa fosse dunque quella che doveva essere LA prova dell'accusa si trasformò in un nulla di fatto.
SKY qualche mese fa ha mandato in onda un documentario in due parti sul caso, fatto veramente bene, documentari e special tv sul caso ce ne sono a bizzeffe, persino le parodie del SNL

Oddio ahahahaha sono contenta che li prendano un po' in giro perché se lo meritano, devo dire che su Ito non riesco a farmi un'idea perché mi sembra abbia cercato di essere imparziale però portando la tv in aula ha fatto un bel casino e pare che con Marcia Clark sia stato veramente un imbecille. Comunque lo rispetto per non aver scritto un libro tbh. xD Troppa gente si è approfittata di questo casino per scriverci un best seller.

Ito cercò sempre di essere imparziale ma è anche vero che in un caso simile fu difficile esserlo, e fu una fortuna che fosse asiatico altrimenti solo per il colore della pelle lo avrebbero accusato di favorire una delle parti.
Praticamente tutte le parti in causa ci hanno scritto sopra, tranne Ito e Kardashian che poverino non ne ebbe il tempo, è stato alla sua morte che si pensò di sfruttare la fama della famiglia e Kris colse al volo l'occasione

Finito! Finale spettacolare, stavo per sputare il cuore nonostante sapessi come doveva andare a finire, ouch. Chris e Kardashian hanno il mio cuore per sempre, l'idea di mettere Ain't no sunshine when she's gone alla fine CACCHIO, e le foto delle vittime =(
Unico appunto: sono rimasta veramente malissimo quando Marcia ha rivelato di essere stata violentata ma poi mi sono cercata la faccenda e pare sia successo in Israele. Perché l'hanno cambiato con l'Italia? Se non volevano offendere gli ebrei (manco fossero stati loro in persona) potevano anche non menzionare il paese. Questa cosa mi sta disturbando da morire anche perché poi dice pure che lo stupratore è stato assolto. E' da Eat Pray Love che ho la sensazione che Murphy abbia problemi con l'Italia tbh.

A livello tecnico è una serie perfetta, con pochissime sbavature.
Quello è un dubbio che mi porto dietro anch'io da molto tempo il che mi fa venire un sacco di dubbi su come sarà gestita la Season 3

Ironically, the show does a terrific job of highlighting the legal battles that ensued whenever evidence, data, or information deemed irrelevant or immaterial found its way into court. As much as it is supposed to be a source of entertainment, the show’s portrayal is also an exercise in responsibility, in leading audiences — a jury from long ago, for example, and viewers today — towards the truth.
What, then, is the purpose of this fact-change? It serves no other purpose, it seems, other than to disassociate Israel from anything criminal or violent. It detracts from Clark’s personal experiences and it dupes viewers.

L'ho letto, non vedo tutta questa somiglianza ma vedremo, c'è speranza che almeno il compagno di Versace sarà interpretato da un italiano, o un italo-americano?
Quello che più mi sorprende è che questa Season 3 sta ottenendo più attenzione della Season 2 che dovrebbe uscire il prossimo anno

Ahah è vero, io stessa mi sto interessando poco della 2 ma immagino che per noi Katrina non sia la stessa cosa. Più che altro è strano che importi poco a loro.
Un italiano/italo-americano non sarebbe male, insomma almeno uno. xD Più che altro se i personaggi parleranno mai italiano tra loro sarà un disastro con gli accenti.

In its ten episode run VERSACE will examine the shocking July 1997 assassination of Gianni Versace (Edgar Ramirez) on the steps of his Miami Beach mansion by sociopath and serial killer Andrew Cunanan (Darren Criss). Ricky Martin will play Versace’s longtime gay partner Antonio D’Amico while Penelope Cruz is set to portray Versace’s sister Donatella.

CITAZIONE Ryan Murphy is adding a prominent American Horror Story repertory player to The Assasination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story
Entertainment Weekly reports that Finn Wittrock, who has appeared in Freak Show, Hotel and Roanoke and earned an Emmy nomination for playing Dandy Mott on Freak Show, will join Versace as Jeff Trail, serial killer Andrew Cunanan's (Darren Criss) first victim. Wittrock also appeared in Murphy's Emmy-winning HBO movie The Normal Heart.
Versace so far is actually light on performers from the American Horror Story franchise, considering how much Murphy likes to re-use actors. Max Greenfield appeared in Hotel, but he's the only other one thus far. Other cast members include Edgar Ramirez as designer Gianni Versace, Penelope Cruz as his sister Donatella, and Ricky Martin as Antonio D'Amico, his partner. It will explore the 1997 murder of Versace by Cunanan.
