I'm starting to think that's a possibility, though at this point I'd expect at least an announcement soon.
Last year, Canal+ announced the March premiere of the show mid-February so it may be some time before we hear any official news for a, say, July (?) premiere. We should also keep an eye out over at amazon.fr, it normally has a DVD/Blu-Ray release date available a couple of months before the season finale airs (and we should also take into consideration that the final season will take 7 weeks to complete its run if they air 2 episodes a week like they did with seasons 1 and 2).
