'Da Vinci's Demons' Renewed for Third Season With New Showrunner
John Shiban will take over for series creator David Goyer, with the cabler also developing another drama from the "Hell on Wheels" alum.
The drama starring Tom Riley has been renewed for a third season with Hell on Wheels alum John Shiban taking over for series creator David Goyer as showrunner, the premium cable network announced Tuesday.
Goyer, who is juggling multiple film and TV projects including NBC's buzzy Hellblazer adaptation Constantine, will stay on as an exec producer. The Saturday drama is averaging about 3.7 million total viewers across all platforms. Production on season three of the drama from Adjacent Pictures will begin in Wales in the spring for a return to the network in 2015.
With the third season renewal, Da Vinci's Demons becomes the first original drama series to earn a third season at the network following Spartacus.

LEGEND OF THE SEEKER meritava, è durato solo due stagioni però; colpa della DISNEY che ha tolto i finanziamenti quando il materiale è diventato troppo "adulto", e BREAKING BAD è acclamatissimo da pubblico e critica: diciamo che la cosa è tranquillizzante! . -

Bravo chiunque abbia aperto il topic apposta, io da brava scansafatiche lo avevo postato tra i commenti. xD
Secondo me in ogni caso rimarrà una creatura di Goyer, le idee principalmente le ha sempre messe lui, e credo che il nuovo arrivato sarebbe un folle a cambiare drasticamente la serie.
Se poi David vigilerà dall'alto allora sono tranquilla.
